Privacy policy

Solved Systems is an automation engineering firm based in Houston, Texas. This policy covers solvedsystems.com. It does not cover the systems we build inside a client’s own Microsoft environment, which are governed by that client’s agreement with us.

We collect information only when you choose to send it through a form on this site. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we do not ask you to upload documents.

The contact form collects your first and last name, email address, company, and message. A phone number and company website are optional.

The audit request form collects your first and last name, work email, company, the size range of your company, and your message. It does not ask for a phone number.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you visit, approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, and how you arrived here. When you successfully submit the audit form, we record that a lead was submitted. We do not send the contents of your message to Google Analytics.

If you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) are stored temporarily in your browser’s session storage and sent with your form submission so we know which campaign brought you here. That storage is cleared as soon as the form is submitted, and when you close the tab.

Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses, as any web host does.

We use what you send us to do exactly these things, and nothing else:

• •Reply to you, and hold the conversation you started.
• •Understand which page or campaign brought you here, so we know what is working.
• •Keep ordinary business records of who we have spoken with.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email. They are not written to a database on this site. To make that work, a small number of service providers process your information on our behalf:

• •Vercel, which hosts this website.
• •Google Analytics, for the usage information described above.
• •Resend, or Microsoft Azure Communication Services, whichever currently delivers our email.
• •Microsoft, which hosts the mailbox your message arrives in.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share what you write in a form with advertising networks, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile of you. We do not send marketing email to people who only filled in the contact or audit form. If you asked us a question, you get an answer, not a newsletter.

Your message arrives as email and stays in our mail system for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep an ordinary record of the conversation. We have not set a fixed deletion schedule, and we would rather tell you that than invent one. If you want your information deleted, email us and we will delete it.

Write to info@solvedsystems.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to live anywhere in particular for us to honor the request.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics entirely. Neither will stop this site from working.

This site sells engineering services to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change how this site collects or uses information, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
