What happens after I contact you?
We review the system you described and ask what we need to scope the work. If it is a fit, we send a build quote.
What information should I have ready?
Think about your biggest workflow bottlenecks: What takes the most time? What's most error-prone? What data moves between systems manually? No need to document everything. We'll help map it out.
Is discovery billed?
No. We do not charge for the initial discovery needed to understand the system and prepare a build quote. Work begins after you approve a scope.
What size companies do you work with?
Primarily SMBs (5-250 employees) and mid-market companies. If you're doing manual work that could be automated, we can help.
Do you only work with oil & gas companies?
Not at all. We've built automation for oil & gas, manufacturing, professional services, retail, and more. The industries change, the approach doesn't.
How quickly can we get started?
For Starter packages, typically 1-2 weeks from contract to kickoff. Growth and Enterprise projects start within 2-3 weeks.
