- Nothing. It is a 30 minute call. There is no fee, no obligation, and no proposal waiting at the end of it unless you ask for one.
- Do I need to prepare anything?
- No. Come as you are and describe the work. If you happen to have a screenshot of the spreadsheet or the report that hurts most, bring it, but it is not required.
- What if we are not a fit?
- We will tell you, usually in the reply to your form before we ever get on a call. Talking a company out of automation it does not need is cheaper for everyone than selling it.
- Do I own what you build?
- Yes. Every automation, dashboard, and integration we build is yours. It runs inside your own Microsoft environment. If you cancel, you keep everything and it keeps running without us.
- Who actually does the work?
- Engineers who architect, code, and implement. Not a consultant who writes a report and hands it to someone else. Jeff runs the audit himself.
